Ravens Glenn Winery is the favorite area winery of Innkeepers, Herb & Carol.  Whether you prefer dry wine or sweet wines you will find something you like among their award-winning wines.  Save this stop for later in the day when you can stay and indulge in dinner in their Italian restaurant.  Your servers do a great job of helping you pair wine and food.  They are located on the Tuscarawas River with wonderful great ambiance.

Heinis Gourmet Market is an extension of Heinis Cheese.  From wines to cheese to an entire array of foods you will find everything made in Ohio!  On selected dates they offer entertainment and cooking demonstrations.  You can even make your own cheese ball.

Breitenbach Winery is Ohio's 2nd Largest Winery.  Their signature wine is Dandelion Wine, a sweet dessert wine.  You name a fruit, Breitenbach makes a wine in that flavor!  If you prefer dry wines they offer a Merlot, Chardonnay, Cabernet and more.  On summer weekends they offer an outdoor BBQ and at other times you will find light lunches and cheese plates on the menu.

Guggisberg Cheese is home of the award-winning Baby Swiss.  Herb & Carol think they have the best swiss in Amish Country.  You will also find other cheeses, crackers, and sausage to compliment your wine purchases.

Winery at Perennial Vineyards is housed in an old dairy barn that dates back to the 1800s.  They have Scottish Highlanders on the property that greet you when you pull in the driveway.   They are surrounded by beautiful countryside.  You can sit in their rustic dining area with huge fireplace and partake in some specialty pizzas to go with your wine.

Walnut Creek Cheese is like a little city inside.  Not only do they offer cheese, but they have a grocery store with bulk foods, an ice cream parlor, a luncheon counter, bakery, jam & jelly factory, granola factory, and a kitchen gadgets store.  You are sure to find lots of good stuff to take home.

Swiss Heritage Winery is located inside Broad Run Cheese House.  You can take a tour of cheese making and purchase some cheese as well as do some wine tasting while you are here.  They are just down the road from Breintenbach Winery.

Gateway Place is a wine tasting showroom that features almost every wine made in Ohio.  The staff are really good at helping you pick out wines that you may enjoy.  Stop in for a wine tasting and be sure to take a few bottles home.

These are just a few of the wineries and cheese houses in the area.  You will also find Troutman Vineyards, Winery at Wolf Creek, Silver Moon Winery and more within an hour radius of the B&B.  In addition you may come across Pearl Valley Cheese, Steiner Cheese, Holmes Cheese and other cheese factories as well.
